    2025 Blue Jays

Springer had a ridiculous at-bat, a baseloaded fairball down the line was called foul, and then a third strike was called on a clear ball in the same at-bat.

Knock-the-f-out in the preseason game, face on ice in a pool of blood. It was gross.

Home game, it's nice to give the crowd some NHLer's. Play the farm team on the road.

It's just an opinion, like everyone else on the radio. I don't mind Kyper. His opinions are often dumb, but it can cause opposing discussion. I enjoyed MacLean and Kyper together. They have some great stories from their involvement in the game.

I think Reilly taking a big step could have the biggest impact on this team this year. We need a reliable puck mover back there, and I am hopeful that in his second year under Berube, he can better utilize his strengths in a more calculated manner. An established partner will help as well.

I would be shocked if he entertained moving. His best man just signed long-term. It feels like the Leafs where they have struggled to give 6 forwards any meaningful role whatsoever. Bouchard and Nurse taking up $20M hurts.

I wouldn't mind seeing some actual development of a prospect here. I'd rather see Cowan on this line. Is Cowan a checking line guy?

Didn't matter at the end of the day, but that looked like Lukes probably would have caught the ball instead; it's a 3-run homer for TB. WHEN the Jays do make the playoffs, I certainly hope the umpires stay the F out of the way. Some ridiculous calls against the Jays in the small sample size of...

Gausman with the sauce, 79 pitches through 7 scoreless innings... Edit: 87 pitches through 8 scoreless innings... Let him pitch the 9th! The complete game shutout at 100 pitches!

That 9th I was expecting s 13 homers given up in the 9th or later, he broke the club record at 12.

An assist to Altuve on both: he didn't expect the throw to third and wasn't hustling, and he took his time on the throw to first, where Vlad ran it out. Vlad should buy him dinner or something.

You sure can put someone on LTIR when it's known they could play before game 1 of the playoffs and never be held responsible. It's a fact.

Give him a break, time to heal, and add +$10M to the roster would have been my preference. Yes, we may not have faced OTT in the first round but $10M more in roster like a Jones and a Marchand would have helped.

Matthews should have been on LTIR, probably both legitimately and strategically, last season. Tkachuck (Jones and Marchand)... Kucherov... Stone... stupid math is gone.
