...and the winner is... ?

In the event of a tie-breaker, we usually go back to the total points difference from the last round between the two challengers, but, there?s a little problem when both participants are once again tied for points in that round too.

There is no discernible way of determining the tie-breaking winner because it?s too early in the season and WAYNEINIONA & Highlander have identical points both in this round as well as the previous Round 1.  So,  they are both winners and they both can split the number of games posted (3 each).
