So I guess phonetically this is as close as Columbus will get to starting an actual corpse in net but at this point I wouldn't put anything past them.

What are the chances Tank Nation could hire Tonya Harding to visit James in the dressing room prior to game time? Just for some friendly encouragement, of course.  :-X

After the trade deadline only.

Ahh, the stoppable force against the movable object. Should be wonderful game.

Our mediocrity is better than their mediocrity.  I'm interested in seeing Jones in a starring role though.

Clarkson is still/again injured!?

He's yet to finish 10 straight games for them. He has increased his lead over Horton in points since the trade though, up to 2 now!

It's still incredible to me that that trade happened. Could you imagine having Clarkson under contract with a 5.25 million cap hit for four more years?

The upside is you have 8-10 goals in your pocket over that time. That's nothing to sneeze at.

In fact, it's massive in a sport where every goal is precious.

Well, at least, we'd all have a pretty clear consensus on who is the team's "whipping boy."

Hah! Levity at it's finest. ;D ;D

Two minutes into the game and it already looks like one of those games that might not be very entertaining.

What are you talking about?  The first 6 minutes have been epic.
