Game Notes
VAN
-Thatcher Demko (6-6-3, 2.90 GAA, .889 Sv%) will likely start for the Canucks
-Vancouver's captain Quinn Hughes has missed the past 3 games with a lower body injury. His status for this game, also also for the 4-Nations tournament afterward, is still unknown
TOR
-Joseph Woll (19-10-0, 2.67 GAA, .909 Sv%) will likely start for the Leafs
-Toronto practiced with the same lines on Friday as they had in the game against Seattle. That means new-look top-6 forwards will be kept in place for a second game

I don't want to call any mid-season game a must win but this would be a really solid one to finish off the pre-all-star break with the standings tightening up.

The schedule gets stupid again once things pick up on the 22nd.

22nd (home) - 23rd (road travel) - 25th (road travel) then Feb 28th
March 2nd (road) - March 3rd (home) - March 5th (road)

15 games in 30 days in March. 6 more back to backs.
