Let's hope this isn't true, just a rumour and nothing more.  Then again, who knows...the timing  of this is a bit strange...

She accuses him of having given her STDs.  She claims that they both had unprotected intercourse.  If that is true, regardless of whether she actually contracted  the STDs from him, to engage in that activity and not utilize a proactive/preventive approach is why I called them irresponsible consenting adults.
