Some other notes from @reporterchris:
-Bernier didn't need to receive a qualifying offer because the team is taking him to arbitration
-Marincin was given his qualifying offer from Edmonton before the trade so he's covered
-Andrew MacWilliam and Eric Knodel were the teams other two RFAs and neither were given QOs so they'll become UFAs
