Is there somewhere that you can read about the development camp? I've read a scouting report of the players that were invited, but I'd like to read about how they performed. There's a couple local players that were invited.

Leafs YouTube channel has Dr Wickenheiser’s comments after each day (MLHS transcriptions). They really wanted to treat it as an orientation week to get players acclimated to the pro life, pro habits, pro psychology.

They did not do a scrimmage this year, but they did have a special guest.

Another year of living rent-free in downtown Toronto for Alex.
 
Marlies are projected to be over the veteran limit without some game day roster juggling (which happens naturally anyway), but I can see them giving Matt Benning and/or one of the older forwards a shot at a rebuilding NHL roster. Bolded ones have NHL SPCs.

Up front it's a logjam: I have them in no particular order but just trying to get general positions in there. Some are destined to be Cyclones of course.

If we have the cap and roster room, I can see the Leafs holding onto Mermis and Myers on the NHL roster as a rotation of spares.
