Wow, Colton Orr out.  I never thought i'd see this day.  Hope he's ok and all, but the lineup will be better without him.

That sounds like 6-8 weeks for both Bozak and Orr.

The bad news is this will mean more FML.

Can I ask the musical question:  Do you think the Leafs would have gone into this slide with a healthy Bolland?

And further if Lupul was there as well?

Where did you here 6 - weeks for an Oblique strain, sounds like an awful long time IMO.

Sounds more like 3-4 weeks for Bozak. I wish Orr a speedy recovery in day to day life activities that keeps him off the ice in an NHL game for 6 to 8 months.

It's a very common injury for pitchers in baseball, and that's the typical recovery time.  Granted, they tend to use their obliques more regularly than hockey players do..

You would think signing a 4.5 mil a year contract that he would hire a better conditioning coach. Hasnt never had these problems in the past.

I'm more interested in how Colton Orr got injured considering he never really plays that much.

Tried to shoot the puck. Forgot he has no idea how. Blew out his elbow. Obvious.

I'm fairly certain you can't condition yourself to not get injured.

Yeah. I'm not sure what kind of conditioning can prevent actual physical damage to the human body.

I think Woverine had it done, do you think we could get the number of his physician?

Not available. He died in the movie, remember?
