I gotta give them credit, they never give up till the last second, we have to learn that, to put our foot on the throat when we have a team down and go for the kill.Zee said:Man this Boston team is super annoying

Awesome. I hate the bruins.

He's an OK defenseman, playing too many minutes at this stage in his career, and does not need to be a fixture on the PK, which is decidedly mediocre. Would like to see Ozhiganov get some of those minutes to see what he can do with that kind of increased workload shorthanded. Also Hainsey is slower than the game today, so when he does get out of position (which is not that often) he can look real bad, as on the 2nd Pastrnak goal. But overall he's helped stabilize the whole blueline IMO.
Hainsey simply blew the coverage and went in the wrong direction. On a lost draw you pick up a man immediately. A D man needs to get his ass to the net not go towards the faceoff dot. Hainsey makes some terrible decisions out there and that was another example of one. Dermott messed up on the first by not covering the backdoor. There was no reason for him to move to the middle. Having said that, I'd rather live with Dermott messing up as he learns then watching a vet do it. I think it's time Babs tries Oz on the pk.herman said:Pastrnak deliberately cut to the net using the linesman as a pick after Hainsey tried to support the faceoff. Check out the Bruins casually interfering with Tavares and Marner from sealing off the points (not that everyone else doesn?t do this too). It?s a set play and they executed beautifully thanks to Pastrnak?s smarts and hands.
