ROFL...I cannot believe Marner passed that instead of shooting

You know Marner is feeling it when he passes up on prime shooting locations. You know he?s struggling when he?s forcing shots.

I think Marner would score more goals if he started thinking that shooting is just feeding a pass to the open man inside in the net.

All the way back to his junior days. Same with Kaberle really. Smooth silky passes into the twine.

Blake Coleman is Kasperi Kapanen on a team with no depth.

As Millen pointed out, that was a nice play by Gusev finished with a strong BH by Coleman.  Barrie almost caught him.

I've liked Sandin's game quite a lot (besides the obvious two helpers). He could use a little bit of speed skating work this summer but his poise with the puck is great, and he steps up to close the gap really quickly and smartly.

Engvall has also had a solid game on JT's line and I think Kerfoot is better suited to the 3C spot.

The defense still isn?t great.  Up and 6-1 and they still let people get behind them.  Now 6-3.  Play better defense.

Andersen has in no way been bad in this game but this game really didn?t sell me that he?s back on his game
