If Matthews can perfect his 200 ft. game, he will be one of the best to ever play the game. I truly mean this. He can be a game changer, every game.

3 points tonight. He's really seemed to take off this year after about a quarter of the way in.

Campbell with a good save.  Holl has all the tools, except IQ.  Makes so many nonsensical plays to turn the puck over.

His 200' game is very much improved this season in general, and in the last 20-30 games in particular. If he keeps working at it like he has been, he could start to be mentioned in the same sentence as Crosby as being a complete player.

Leads the league in a bunch of defensive stats so far this season, dont swallow lazy media narritives.

I have to say, Keefe's usage of the team is just so far ahead of Babs in situational awareness.  First he gives Liljegren his first PK taste against the 2U of the worst team in the league on the PP.  Sets hims up for success.  And then loads up after the stoppage and boom.

Well that was a pretty solid period all round. Pretty much dominated and Campbell was there with some decent stops when things went wrong

I'd say if he keeps playing defense like he has since Keefe he bids fair to become an elite player in this hockey league pffffffffffffffffffff

About as good a period as you can play.  That period is the way a top 2 or 3 team in the league plays consistently.  On the puck, timely goaltending, star players come through.

Though of course he's no Nylander...

The season seems to be wearing on Holl.  Looks overwhelmed out there...hopefully he gets his second wind in the stretch run

Trying to do too much instead of keeping it simple. That's his issue for me.

Really loving Clifford's jam and the contagious effect he's had in this game. Campbell, solid, he really settled down after the 1st. I'd love nothing more than to see him push Freddy.

So far so good all around.

Who is this colour guy during the game? Haven't heard his voice before

Kevin Bieksa.  They've demoted Millen to Black-and-White Guy.
Haha!

Good period for the blue and white. Campbell looking solid so far.

Matthews is on tonight.
