The good thing is that he's getting beat clean I guess which seems to be more of a mental thing rather than a skill issue. It's not like he's horribly out of position, he's just not reading the shot well. He's stopping shots in the AHL so hopefully can figure it out
 
What even is interference. Philadelphia has rubbed out the guy on the forecheck who didn't even dump in the puck twice already
 
Hildeby i totally get.... Leafs need to give him time to mature and acclimate into the NHL and treat with patience. Home grown.

But i don't get Matt Murray. The guy clearly lost his psychological edge and has injury issues. Martin Jones, who i understand still isn't signed ... played for $875k last season and in fact saved the Leaf season with consistent wins when Samsonov went swimming and Woll was hurt. That's approximately the same amount Murray got signed for this season.

Jones would be a way more reliable 3rd stringer.... and then Hildeby can be afforded more patience to acclimate.

Especially with this horrid season of back to backs.
 
That's probably not the wrong call for it to be offsetting but man I'm sick of players running out goalies
 
Matthews should sucker punch Koneckny for that shit he pulled 2 seasons ago (when Gio came in and tackled him)
