He just did it in the D zone before that. I would prefer he not play them at all right now. Roll with the 3 lines for now.Frycer14 said:Guilt Trip said:And 4th line in the O zone. Sorry, terrible coaching.
Would you prefer that they had a neutral, or D zone faceoff, and Boston with the last change puts out the Bergeron line?

Yeah, it's literally the safest time to give your other three lines a rest.
Its just consistently funny that the people that complain about babcock the most seem to know the least about hockey.
It was an icing against Boston's 4th line. What coach puts their 4th line out in that situation?
A smart one, unless it's game 7 or you're trailing in the game. Either you put your 4th line out there, or you simply never use the 4th line ever.

Zee said:Actually it wasn't smart. Immediately the play went the other way and Leafs were hemmed in their own zone. Instead with either Tavares or Matthews in the Ozone against a tired 4th line you might get an offensive chance. You don't have to defend every move Babcock makes especially when it's obviously wrong.
And Shut Up! Nothing personal.Gender Bender said:In the famous words of Hainsey "Thanks for bringing that up."lamajama said:Not trying to be a harbinger of bad but this would be huge to NOT gag in the 3rd. It would really help the ol' confidence

You're free to express your opinion, but it's clearly NOT obviously wrong given that several people disagree with you.

The Bruins have looked vulnerable tonight but they didn't get 107 pts or whatever for nothing. It'll be a whale of a 3rd.
I agree with him. It was a stupid move by Babs. He started the 4ty line a minute or so earlier in the D zone. Bruins go with Bergeron, Freddie gets the puck Babs changes the line to JT's. Next stoppage is an icing against the Bruins 4th and Babs throws out our 4th. Not smart. You have to try and take advantage of the line match ups. He didn't, 4th line lost the puck and got hemmed in our zone. Sorry that's all on Babs there.Bullfrog said:Zee said:Actually it wasn't smart. Yeah the biggest thing this game is showing is that it was stupid for so many pundits to declare this a nice series for a Boston. This is two 100 point teams battling it out. It isn?t going to be a short series unles one team finds a gear and has a big edge in goaltending
