I think the best thing that could happen to Ottawa right now is an injury that improves their draft standing.

Isn't Alfredsson questionable for tonight?

Campoli done for a while, they'll have to bring in ANOTHER AHL Dman.  If the Sens are going to win many games, it'll have to be ones where Anderson makes 40+ saves.

Gonchar and Phillips will have to play a whole lot better than they did last night as well, or they will be in for a long season.

Campoli plays for the Habs.
That's the first I've heard of Alfie being questionable.
Do your homework before you get chirpy!

Sorry, I knew that.  Brain fart.

The Habs are going to have to call up yet another AHL D though.

The first page of this thread mentions Alfie is questionable.  Admittedly, first I heard of it as well though.

this week off schedule is BS. i bet because of all this time off, somewhere down the line we have 3 back to back games in a row or something ridiculous like that.

Doesn't matter to me. Connolly can rest up and we can be 100% for next week.

the unbalanced schedule could come back and bite at a bad time. maybe we're close to making a playoff spot and those back-to-back games come up, we lose them, and the team goes in a talespin.

The Leafs should win this one, I'm not going to complete my prediction due to traditional superstition but I'll say the Leafs score 4, Ottawa not so much.

I hope you're right. What's the over/ under on Orr taking on one of Neil or Konopka?

I don't know about Konopka but I don't think Neil will take on Orr.

Pretty fair I'd say and while I'd love to see Orr take a chunk out of Neils hide it'll likely be Zenon on the dancecard. Glad to see Orr get the nod for his sake, hopefully he's good to go and protects Lombardi's noodle some.

Kind of wish both Rosehill and Orr sat tonight. Don't get caught up in Neils BS.. no need... Don't care of final score.. Just really want the 2 points

Neil only fights other players who don't fight.  Neil pee's himself every time Orr looks at him.

Konopka is going to fight somebody tonight, it's pretty much guaranteed. And Orr seems like the perfect partner.

Decent interview with Burke on CBC, the little details about how the management group functions with regards to how the team is picked from the roster and how trades are handled with the coach being asked at the end of the discovery process was interesting.
