If that's the case, I hope the Avs enjoy losing him for nothing at the end of his contract. It's an insane price for a 2C who may only be with your team for a year or two.
Either way, an offer starts with the Leaf's first (top 7??), Jake Gardiner, Nylander and Brown perhaps? Sign me up!
I'll take it with a grain of salt, because that sounds like a ridiculous asking price. His contract alone should scare a lot of teams away, never mind everything else in that proposal.
