I AM MARK MASTERS

Going to an OHL game tonight, so I won't be able to watch this one.

Hopefully they get the 2 points. Seems like the Leafs always do better when I don't watch.

Oh well, GO LEAFS GO!

Stop pretending that you aren't Mark Masters. We know that you're Mark Masters.

That's not possible. He and I have been in the same room at the same time, and people have seen both of us.

Also, I spell my name with a C. Hence, the disagreement.

I spell mine with a QUE.

Also, and I'll just say it, I think Martin is better than Leivo.  I'll just say it.  I don't get what the big obsession is with Leivo.  Whoop-de-leivo.

Martin may be missing a gear, but Leivo is missing a tooth.

About time Matt Martin sits.  The guy simply can't skate or stick handle, basic qualifications for an NHL hockey player.

Agree, Leafs look terrible...again.

Our supposedly lightning-fast team?  What a joke.  Lack of skating hands CAR another PP.

I've been thinking that lately, most teams look quicker than the Leafs. If it weren't for Andersen...

Total, total garbage.  One turnover after the other.  If I were Andersen I'd freaking clobber Gardiner/Bozak anybody.

Some of this is on Babcock.  He really needs to tear a strip off these guys.  They simply aren't ready to play too many nights.

That 6-game winning streak seems like about 150 years ago.

O'Neill is right, that's the worst period I think this year.

How much of this is system versus personnel? It's hard to tell without being at the games, but we can't seem to handle any team in the defensive zone, and when we do get the puck most of the time our "breakout" plays seem to fail. I was keeping track a few games ago (can't remember which one, they've all started to blend together) of "successful" breakouts by the Leafs and the opponent.  Leafs almost never maintained possession into the offensive zone while their opponent was successful over 50% of the time. I don't see that as being successful approach over the course of a season.
