I imagine if you look at the teams that have been bad for all or most of that time period, you'll find a similar situation.

Just at a glance it appears to be true in Florida. Like you say, I'd bet it is in Columbus and maybe the Island as well.

Bsically, yes. Jets fans are rapidly becoming as annoying as Habs and Nyucks fans.
 
That was a bad goal from Reimer.  Also terrible defensive play by the Leafs that led to the wide open shot.
