My guess, and it's only a guess, is Kessel gets some light wrist slap from NHL, not lot likely to include regular season games IMO.

Well, no, the flawed logic actually in with the things some people want to believe is known about hockey in the league and about having guys that don't really contribute much other than fighting playing professional hockey.
