R1G4: Bruins @ Leafs - May 8th, 7:00pm - CBC, Fan 590

The Leafs have been standing around watching the game since about the 8 minute mark of the first period.

Do you want to win or not? Get your thumbs out of your a**!

DAMN! I missed it, what did Scott Oake ask My Joffrey about?

His thoughts on objectivity vs. subjectivity in art, the works of Jean-Michel Basquiat and the troubling economic trends arising from a unified European state. Odd choices for a between period hockey interview but Lupul was thoughtful and provided several cogent insights.

It was an especially penetrating question about why the pace was so fast in the first.  Joffrey produced several cliches in response, and then ... it was over.

so, nothing??..

Well Scott Oake had a cigarette afterwards... 8)

Man, if Leo Komarov had done a little work on that whole "putting the puck in the net" part of hockey he'd be something else.

Bozak botches so many easy plays, his hands aren't what they need to be.

Leafs have been buzzing since giving up the early goal.

The Leafs are really coming back after that bad penalty/ goal.  It's a credit to their team speed.

But really, what a ridiculous call it was on Komarov as the only person who heard the whistle was the ref, and he called the penalty without even thinking.

But the more that Carlyle plays the fourth line, the worse the Leafs chances are to win this game.  (Sometimes you really have to question what game Carlyle is watching with some of his moves).

he probably can't see through all that frickin' hair.

Seriously. It's called a playoff beard, not a playoff be-a-dirty-hippie.
