sens @ Leafs - Oct. 6th, 7:00pm - CBC, Fan 590

Nights like tonight really exposes how difficult it will be truly compete in April and May without better goaltending.

Interesting point by Hrudey in the intermission about changes to goalie equipment this season. They showed a clip of Hellebuyck letting a goal in under his arm that he thought for sure he had. I'm gonna give Andy the benefit of the doubt for the first bit of the season. He was great last year and the year before.

He cost us against Boston.

Tough loss tonight, Freddie cost us.  Happy to see Sparks tomorrow.  Bad goaltending is tough to overcome.

Kadri line was -3 tonight. Looked like Kapi took over for Leivo late in the 3rd.

Beauty game by Chabot, that kid can play.

The beauty of an overly long season is that there are many more games to play.

4 out of 4 goals, were all soft. I dont have a problem with 1 soft goal a game. 4g is too much

That was Gardiner
Actually it was Andersen
- 5 in games seven IMO says something else
Leafs had game 7 lead in the 3rd and Andersen couldn't stop a beach ball. That goal where Gardiner turned the wrong way was super weak on Andersen. He needed to hold up for 1 period and couldn't
