Not quite the same but I totaled my dad's '71 Duster one year before I got my license...  :(

I had a real near miss with a deer on my motorcycle 2 years ago.... mere inches.... scary as hell. Glad I took the riding course tho.... pay off big time

George Carlin would have called it "a near hit".

damn near ...

I've had a couple of close calls with deers but while driving a car. Those got my heart rate racing real fast. If I had had the same experiences on my bike I probably would have crapped my pants.

Okay, stupid question (I'm pretty much still a chimp on the computer.) I know what I post here and want to include a gif or jpg it's ... but what about in an email?

Most email software should allow you to drag and drop the image into the email.

Works fine for me. Are you perhaps working in "plain text" mode? That's the only thing I can think of being a problem. You need to be in "rich formatting" for it to work.

Hmmm... I'll play around with it. Thanks.

Packaged my little one of to camp for the first time yesterday (9 year old, gone for 1 week).

She'll be fine and have a great time I'm sure - me and the missus will probably be a wreck by Wednesday.

The worst part of being a parent is letting go......little by little..... :'(

Mine are 8... and I'd already be a wreck. It's nice you could do that for her though.

My parents came to visit us and our son on Saturday and convinced us to let him go home with them until tonight :P

He's 19 months old.  I can't wait to see him tonight!

Pretty slow day here at TMLfans.ca, only 9 posts in almost 24 hours in total for the whole site  :o

It'll pick up once training camp opens and we actually have something to talk about.

Yep. There's been almost no Leafs news over the last few weeks.

1st rookie camp game is Sept 10th so less than a month to go before things get rollling

I'm not 100% on this, but I think that embedded images aren't enabled by default in gmail.

I think you have to enable it somehow, either in your email settings or via Google Labs (prerelease extentions for google mail and other google applications).

I didn't change any settings or have Google Labs, and it embedded images for me without issue.

It's funny. The guy I sent the gif to (via click and drag) says he got it. However, the gif doesn't show in my sent folder... not even as an attachment. - Wierd.

Because, if there's one thing that natural born predators should do, it's stick to a pure fruit, vegetable and grain diet.
