What is the greatest individual season of all-time?

any interest in posting a topic of best individual season by a Maple Leaf?
Beyond those already mentioned (Gilmour, Broda) how about
Lorne Chabot 1928-29 - 11SO in 43 games he played
Ian Turnbull 1976-77 - 22 goals 57 assists, 79 points and +47 in 80 games, best offensive numbers for a Leafs defenceman ever
Dave Keaon 1970-71 - his best offensive season for Toronto 38goals and 38 assists for 76 points, but consider this - 8 SHG, 9 GWG, +24
One of our only 50 goal scores should make the list: Dave Andreychuk 1993-94 - 53 goals, Rick Vaive achieved this actually 3 times in 1981-81 (54), 1982-83 (52) and 1983-84 (51) and Gary Leeman in 1989-90 (51). I personally would give a nod to Rick Vaive.

the 92-93 was not the start of good goalies... it is the highest scoreing season on record. 14 or 15 players had 50+ goals... i would think teemu having 76 goals in his rookie year would be more surprising then marios totals seeing what mario had for a support cast and all.

It's also, to my mind, got a pretty good case for being the year where the league was the deepest. There were still a relatively low number of teams but the fall of communism and the increased acceptance of Europeans probably made for as talented a league as had ever been.
