You think after a so so victory they would come out and take a stranglehold on the series but not this team. Never make anything easy.
 
Up 2-0 and man, they just haven’t brought it. And now another icing. They just have zero energy right now. They need Marner and Matthews to make a play.
 
These refs have been absolutely abysmal. Leafs haven’t helped themselves, but the refs have not been good. Matthews was clearly hauled down. That’s clear as day.

Same old story, right? Sens may not have had any shots on goal until that one went in, but they were controlling play too much in the Leafs end. When that happens, eventually something goes in.
 
I’m not talking this period they’ve been awful all game. They starting pushing a bit more after it was 2-1. Push from the get go and keep pushing. Been on our heels most of the night. No reason for it. We have the players to score but don’t seem to want to let them go.
 
Ok, what are they even doing out there lol. This game is so lopsided everywhere but the scoreboard. You know it’s gonna be a tough series, but man, they look so slow and gassed.
