If you're on a computer, the mobile link is automatically converted to an embed code, so I had trouble doing it that way for our Tapatalk friends. Occasionally, a reddit user or bot will post a conversion of the video that might be tapatalk viewable.

For these development camp videos, the easiest way to see them is just to just check Kristen Shilton's Twitter feed in whatever way you normally do, or r/leafs.

I haven't been able to before (I also didn't try that hard), so I'm usually happy to wait for YouTube.

If you remove the www. or https:// part of the url it won't automatically be converted to the embedded version:

Matthews pulls this move in transition on Marner who was filling in for a defenseman at the high slot to rifle off a backhand SoG.

Marner playing D right there?  Marner is everywhere!  But the way Matthews danced around him, he shouldn't try to make a career on D, that's for sure.
