2022-23 NHL Thread

Colorado still has one game left and can still pass Dallas for 1st in the Central division but the playoffs are otherwise set.

EAST
Boston (1) v. Florida (18)
Carolina (2) v. NYI (15)
New Jersey (3) v. NYR (9)
Toronto (4) v. Tampa (13)

WEST
Vegas (5) v. Winnipeg (14)
Dallas (7) v. Seattle (12)  ***Colorado could pass Dallas***
Edmonton (6) v. LA (10)
Colorado (8) v. Minnesota (11) ***Dallas could swap with Colorado***

Outside of the Leafs the New Jersey/NYR and Edmonton/LA series are probably the ones I'm most looking forward to.

Fixed...😁
LA vs Oil might be good if Fiala and Vilardi come back from injury.
NJ/NYR should be good.

The hockey gods are assholes.  I'm done trying to placate them.  That cess pool of an organization doesn't deserve Bedard.

Dubas should also be fired for helping them achieve this by giving them Mrazek.

Very convenient that the second the Blackhawks lose Kane/Toews they get another franchise player.

I actually kind of think Salt Lake City works better than Houston. Works better geographically, probably a better potential ownership/arena situation, more of a winter climate...

Whenever the idea of a team in Houston comes up I like to remind myself that Houston is a massive, wealthy city that couldn't hold onto their Football team. In Texas.
