Blue Jackets @ Leafs - Feb. 14th, 7:00pm - SN, Fan 590

All Andersen, with some help from Kadri and Marner!

Thank You Andersen!

Thank You Kadri!

Thank You Marner!

Thank You Leafs!

Muscle spasm (leg) for Gardiner. Happened before the game and thought he could play through it, but nope.

The Blue Jackets became the second team in NHL history to have taken 50+ shots in three consecutive games.  That record was originally set by the 1955 Chicago Blackhawks.

The Maple Leafs set a franchise record as well -- for the first time in franchise history has the club swept a five game homestand.  Well done!

The Leafs letting Gardiner play injured while this whole Soshnikov thing is happening is preeetttyyyyy funny.

JVR was last on the team in ice-time last night. He only played 10:10. Moore was at 10:58 and then every other forward was pretty much between 15-17 minutes. He got burned on the Jack Johnson goal (which happened with about 5 minutes left in the 2nd) and only had 4 more shifts after that in the entire game (and 1 of those was a PP shift).

So the Leafs essentially played the 3rd period with 5 defencemen and 11 forwards.

...Okay doesn't sound serious. I panicked, honestly though we are shallow on the blue line. I am not comfortable with the caliber or experience of our depth. I hope we pick up an experienced depth guy before the deadline. We do not need another Marincin come in and losing us playoff games.

I would take a Jack Johnson.
