Hey cool we had one bounceback game and completely no-show in the next one. This game should be 5-0

This team has major problems.
 
Rielly and Domi get beaten as if they weren't even there. Maybe I should stop watching on Saturday nights - just got a CBC Gem account a month ago and the Leafs are 0-2 on Saturday nights, looking like 0-3. :(

I blame myself for the jinx.... I played pond hockey in Quebec recently and wore my friend's Xhekaj jersey.

Eeesh, there is absolutely nothing about that line that I like. He made a great pass to Nylander but other than that it's just a line designed to be bad. Not that Domi-Robertson-McMann wasn't a defensively flawed line but I like that line better than this one.

Yep unbelievable how they disappear completely. Jekyll and Hyde. One thing to play well and get beat it's another to not show up and they do it a lot and I'm laying the blame mostly on the stars. The one reason I've had my doubts with this team and that'll never change for me.

Having Domi and Nylander on a line is a recipe for defensive disaster. McMann tries but also seems to be lacking in that department. Just not a good group to put together.

Timmins looks to be a guy on defense that needs to be upgraded. Kampf, ok (though expensive) for the 4th line.

If this game remains out of hand Reaves needs to pound Jerkai, whether he fights back or not.

At some point I think they have to put Domi back on the wing (with Matthews) and shuffle the rest - maybe adding Minten. Obviously they need a better option for center especially with Tavares out.

Domi line....5 scoring chances against, 3 high danger.....every other line 1 SCA. Outshot 6-0.
Last game, Domi line... 7 scoring chances against, 5 high danger. Holmberg line 1 SCA, Matthews line 0 SCA, Kampf line 1 SCA.
See a pattern? Berube needs to move 88 and 16 because L2 needs help defensively and while 88 isn't to blame on that goal, he's literally useless in the D zone.

Benoit, Myers and Timmins all need to go. Unfortunately Tre can't do much. These guys are average D men and it's absolutely insane we have no-one in the minors better than these guys. They couldn't even pick up Fabbro when on waivers could have thrown a low pick for him he would have been better than these 3 but because of the cap Tre had to move someone and good luck with that. Same as the bottom 6 pathetic yet what does Tre do?
