Leafs are up by two so that should pretty much cement they will go two games in a row with zero powerplays against this Canucks team
And now they've scored in 18 straight periods.

I don?t think this is their best game, but there?s a kind of relentless about the Leafs play. The way they can set up in the zone and cycle and grind. It?s highly impressive.

Meanwhile at the back Campbell looks calm and collected to deal with things when that breaks down.

I like the way the team is relentless in most of the games.  The 3rd goal gives some breathing room.

I'm not really that jazzed about Brooks as a player but good things really do seem to keep happening when he's on the ice.

Joe tho.

Yeah, where's Ehlers when you need him.  I am hoping Thornton will have the fire for 16 wins in the playoffs.

I like that in the current scenarios we are going to be scratching a guy who would easily dress for our opponent in the first round

This third period has been a really good example of it. Absolutely dominant.

Habs have a chance of catching  the Jets.

True, but with the way Montreal has played of late, that seems extremely unlikely.
Have you seen how the Jets have been playing lol.

Sure. Neither team seems like they want to make the playoffs.
True enough. Habs are 4 points behind with a game in hand but they def have the harder schedule. They have to play us 3 times.

Well good for Cole Caufield scoring an OT winner.  Now every other word will be about him on Monday
