Haha. Do not question the value of a guy who contributes bad defence and middling offence. Question other things, but never that.
Kadri may have lots of quantifiable value, but is downright lacking when it comes to unquantifiable value (i.e. the kind of value that cannot be questioned). So trade him.

They would be better off using some of that money to bring Komarov back. His value should be unquestioned.
