We should get to see Reimer once this week. I think that if Bernier is number 1, IMO he should play the game against our divisional rivals.

It's pretty amazing that the dominant duo of Giordano and Brodie were undrafted and drafted in the 4th round, respectively.

So they got luck and have good scouts. All teams on occasion find diamonds in the ruff. Detriot has been doing it of decades. It will happen here at some point in time. "Bozak" is a example.

Reimer goes against the Wings in both sets of back-to-backs while Bernier takes this and the LA game?

Looks like it might be playing out that way, yeah. Rough way to treat a goalie, though. Don't play for almost a month, and then get 2 straight against one of the best teams in the league? Certainly doesn't feel like putting someone in a position to succeed.

To bad Colbourne is injured, would have liked to see him play. Burkie could do us a favour and take Biggs off our hands (as this was the biggest draft mistake on his watch) and give us a second or third round for the stiff.

I have Bozak, JVR, Holland, Kadri, Lupul and Phaneuf playing for my fantasy team the next couple nights.

Watch the Leafs get shutout on back to back nights.....

I have watched at least half of the Flames games this year. Shutting down Gio and Brodie is a must as they are playing unbelievable right now. They jump in on the play a lot so there are good chances for odd man rushes.

The Flames' tenacity on the puck in the offensive zone will be troubling, but we appear to have a deeper lineup. So long as we continue to give the defense easy outlets, we'll be able to start taking advantage of the Hiller rebounds.

Roger Millions.  Really?

You must have the Flames regional broadcast, Gord Miller is doing the game on TSN in the Leafs region.

Yes.  Brilliant me took about 5 minutes to figure that out.

But anyway, what a name.

You know, he'll never get many kudos but a guy like Trevor Smith is such an upgrade on the 4th line from last year.  He turns in a respectable shift pretty much every time.
