Wow, can't believe that... I'll take it!

Scrivens MOTM!  Was great!

Too bad most of the other guys didn't show up but cant complain about the goaltending!  That's good news!
 
Well, I think we lost a game we outplayed the opposition in on tuesday, today we won a game the we were out played.

Things have a way of evening out.
 
Also good to see Kessel continue scoring. 12 goals, 23 points, still to lead the league - who'd a thunk it?
 
Always gotta enjoy a win.

Now hopefully the next game we won't see a team as desperate looking as that, and the Leafs won't look as chicken-with-heads-cut-off.  Use this for some confidence in your goaltending and let it hopefully go to the legs of everyone else.
 
I have to admit, I wrote that starting Scrivens tonite was a terrible move by Wilson, but after an iffy start he was tremendous in the last 2 and the SO.

Important not to lose 3 in a row.  If they can avoid that for another month or so they should assure themselves of being in the hunt for a playoff spot.
 
I know the Leafs need to match the intensity, but man, that was a pretty ferocious forecheck Hitch had the Blues running tonight.  I think he'll be good for that team.

Leafs were fortunate to get 2 points, but good teams find ways to win games they shouldn't, so we might as well start doing it too :).
