I didn't watch this one but I enjoyed the buffalo game.  The leafs are playing entertaining hockey.

Have to admit they are playing exciting hockey but doesn't do any good when we keep racking up the losses.

I was going to post this last night but was so fed up with the loss and the continous f'ups by the whole team defensively I didn't bother. It's just frustrating at the repeated poor coverage and lacklustre efforts to get the puck out of our end, and it keeps costing us. I saw Wilson in his post game conference and he mentioned that. Wake up Ron been like that for a long time. It's an exciting team to watch and young to boot but definitely some things to straighten out and first and foremost is our defensive play which has been brutal from what I've see for a long time. Game in, game out we are horrible at getting the puck out of our end. Feeble half-hearted attempts to clear. It's no wonder our GAA is where it's at, we continually give teams more scoring chances. If the players aren't willing to take a hit to get it out then leave them on the bench or get guys here that will. There's no excuse for it. Sure we have bad games now and then, some worse than others but they have to cut back with the giveaways and their man to man has to improve. Either the players aren't willing or Wilson doesn't know how to get the message across. I see another playoff missed. The question mark to start the season was the offense. Everyone was wondering where the goals would come from. The team is scoring goals and I will admit more secondary scoring would be nice as the #1 line may falter and I'm sure they will but the rest will pick it up I think. Kuli, Frattin, Grabs look like a good line and Connolly's I think can contribute a bit as well but the entire team has to tighten up the weak defence and that's a team effort eitherwise the second half is going to be much the same.
