Leafs @ Bruins - Dec. 10th, 7:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

Like..how is that not a penalty?  Leafs already have one of the lowest # of PPs/game despite having a good offense (which should translate to PPs).  I don't get it, feels like the last 2 weeks every game has been like this with obvious calls.

Yup, stick on skate, tripping. Similar thing happened to Schenn in his first year against the habs. That's a guzzleable offence.

Marincin, we're counting on you, jeebus.

That's like a slew foot. You wipe a guy out going into the boards like that man...

Ref totally asleep. Maybe he just didn't see that skate push. He was looking right at it, had the melon-cam.

Tough for Marincin but I'm not sure what the call would be there. Tripping?

Didn't he push Marincin's skate out with his stick?

There was some contact, sure. Should it be a minor penalty every time a player's stick comes into contact with another player's foot? Because outside of that I don't see that as a clear cut penalty.

Has Matt Martin had a shift this year where you looked at him and said 'wow, he's really laying on the physicality and has changed the momentum in the Leafs favour?

When did the Leafs last go a whole period with only one shot? In danger of doing so...

Seriously. For the "League Leader in Hits" he sure doesn't lay guys out too often.

You're an amazing contributor to this site, man.  My question was entirely in jest, driven by my dislike for Boston.  Thanks for the explanation.

Thanks for letting me accidentally ruin your jest.

I'm not able to catch tonight's game. How do we look so far?

Honestly, most nights I don't even realize he's in the lineup, and I often forget he's a part of the team.

Garbage.  Slow.  Sluggish. Awesome.  One of those things is not like the other, one of those things doesn't belong.
