Leafs @ Kings - Nov. 2nd, 10:30pm - TSN4, TSN 1050

Now, call me crazy, but couldn't Kapanen play the same role as Hyman on the top line?  You know -- and again I'm probably off my rocker -- you know, with, like, better results?

I think Carlton said McElhinney won't get waxed after this one and I agree.  Second game of a B2B and you are pretty much conceding it by playing your backup against a powerful team like LA.  (Playing Andersen against ANA was the smart, right thing to do.)  And the defense in front of him has been horrible.

Ah well, I don't regret staying up.  Matthews had the right idea, but Quick is a really gud pro goaler.

I look forward to the day that Quick's lower body explodes beyond repair, he is a total dirtbag.

Yep.

Haha wow, never realized that was going on when I watched it live.

I saw these as they happened.
Hyman is really good at 'turning the other cheek' after getting into scrums and has drawn penalties for us previous. This trip was at the very end of the game, so it might have been worth getting into Quick's grill on that. Chances are, Hyman just thought he fell, as he normally does about 30 times a game.

The stick to Nylander's collar though... I was mad.
