Leafs @ Oilers - Nov. 30th, 9:00pm - TSN4, Fan 590

Not pretty at all, but, I think they should take the 2 points and head to Vancouver really, really fast.

Some people come into these threads and are just relentlessly negative, always moaning about something.

I wonder what kind of life they must lead that they feel this is in any way normal behavior.

Also, Kris Russell.

There's an Archer gif I'd like to use that would be inappropriate on a family site so I'll just say that I enjoyed this win thoroughly.

Pam, Krieger, or Cheryl?

Jake looked totally lost in this game...he is too weak a link defensively for the minutes he plays... totally looks confused in his own end, indecisive..should I stay or should I go and by the time he makes a decision  it ends up in the net :(

Hypothetical: if McDavid was the one who snipes his own goal, what do you think Edmonton media would be saying?

They?re being very understanding and comforting with Russell (who did have a strong game).

I really don't understand what bearclaws have to do with the Leafs winning.

So I turned this game off after McDavid drew a ludicrous penalty for trying to dipsydoodle through 2 defenders in front of the net and lost balance. The officiating is really making it difficult for me to get through these games... Sounds like I missed a fun one though.

Per our discussion following the Calgary game, the Leafs defense continued their East-West gap aggression on turnover breaks. Judging by how often the offense slipped through on odd man efforts on those plays, I?d say this might be pretty new to their repertoire.

Yeah I saw Gardiner do it once and it went even more poorly than when Rielly did it.

Nylander played 11 minutes last night. Only 10 at even-strength. For all the talk about how him playing on the 4th line isn't that big of a deal... this is why it is.
