Marner's trying to one-up Nylander on that shift.

These are all the players Marner has one-upped in less time

And Matthews is ahead of Marner.  Nylander should have been pretty close to the low end of that as well.

Gardiner shaking his head at himself at the buzzer. Don't get why he makes the easiest plays look so puzzling. Had the puck in the last 5 seconds there and almost cost us a goal for no reason.

Just watched the replay of the Hyman goal and that sweet sweet Nylander set-up. I'm pretty sure Hyman said this to Willy afterwards: "You complete me." If you know your classics, normally only Tom Cruise can say that to Renee Zellweger. But in this case, it fits.

Zaitsev needs to recalibrate his view-finder. Nothing off his stick seems to go where he wants it to.

Almost like he doesn't want to make a mistake and just fires it away. Between him and Polak that's what it seems like.

How many times will Hainsey bat the puck out of the air and give it right to the other team?  Why not control it like everyone else?
