Was that the actual call? It was a pretty wide replay so I didn't see it closely, but it looked like both players just swung at the puck.

Ah well, go tank!

Looked to me like the arm went up right after the stick broke.

This team is hilarious.

They've had games where they have no offense recently, but this game just shows how far they have to go in order to be a good team.

So, spring training is coming up soon, yes?

We can watch the waning games of the Leafs season and then watch the Jays extend their no playoffs streak while all 29 others teams have made it since 92/93 stretch?

Well, one might argue that it's a game between two good teams.  One at the NHL level and one at the ECHL level.

How 'bout them Raptors?

Sure, but at least we'll get to start with a blank slate!

It's almost the hockey equivalent of the Globetrotters and Generals. Almost. If it wasn't for teams like the Sabres and Oilers, it totally would be.

Free Valanciunas.

Over this 10+ game losing streak the Leafs are 7/256.  A 2.7% shooting percentage.

Arizona's winning again. If they do and the Leafs lose, there will only be 4 point separating the two teams and the 4th overall pick going into the lottery becomes a real possibility.

They need to lose as many games as they can right now, before the inevitable climb back up the standings occurs, because you know it will happen.
