Leafs @ sens - Mar. 25th, 7:00pm - TSN4, Fan 590

Interesting stat I just saw. Marner does not have a PPG this year. That surprised me. With the PP clicking early in the year and his point totals I would have thought he would have one at least.

At some point soon, the Leafs are going to through a stretch where, suddenly, goals come easy and often. They?re controlling the games and generating too many quality chances in this slump for it not to turn around.

Rielly is having himself a game and not in a good way.
Brodie could have levelled Stutzle coming in the zone but again this team for some reason does not take the body. That play would have went nowhere if he stood him up. This D is so friggin soft. Take the body.

Look at trading him in the off season. Going to command some more bucks next contract and although I like him he's not a #1 D and PP quarterback. I think Sandin can easily replace him down the road. Hopefully they don't make the same mistake with him as they did with Andersen.

At least we're seeing what quality goaltending looks like in blue and white.
Minus the goal he gave, he's been solid. Let's hope we can score 1 more then the turds in the 3rd here..

Is it time to bring out the line blender? I wouldn't be against putting Marner with Tavares at this point.
I'd like to see Galchenyuk play a few on the first line and move Simmonds back.

Absolutely not.  He's the stabilizer they've been looking for back there.

That was supposed to be 2 posts. I'm referring to Morgan. You're probably thinking Brodie?

I think he's referring to Rielly because Brodie isn't our #1 PP guy.

I know he's not 100% but him and Mitch need to get going the top 2 lines for that matter. Ridiculous what the 2 lines are making and quite frankly aren't doing enough to warrant it.

Yep.

Trading Rielly ... I agree, Sandin is next up.

I like Morgan I just don't think what he brings and what he will command that he is worth it. Defensively I've never liked him, offensively he's fine wish he had a better shot but I think you're looking at 7 million per year at least for his next contract and I think that could be better spent elsewhere.
