Scratch another D off #NHL trading block. Hearing #Oilers Andy Sutton closing in on a new 1 year deal. Its believed to be in 1.75M range.

Haven't seen that reported by anyone else, so, I'm going to say that, at the very least, it's not official yet. It also wouldn't be the first time Kypreos jumped the gun in the hopes of being the first to report something.

He was part of the Ryan Smyth trade a few years back, but, now, looks like one of the few 1st round busts from the 2005 draft.
