The Rock says it doesn't matter what you think.
Anyway, he is doubtful to be seen let alone score against Boston.

You realize you're turning into Glenn Healy, right?

Somebody gives me the "Healy", I fire back with a "Berger."

This is an opinion board. My opinion is that Kessel will be a non-factor tonight. I would love to be wrong, but I doubt it.

Indeed I did up deciding that the maximum loss I could swallow was $300, so I bet $20. Even after he accepted the bet, for some reason he threw Bozak into the deal too, so that BOTH Bozak and Kessel had to go pointless in 6. So it was actually with Bozak's assist on the first goal that the wager was already decided. Oh well, a fool and his money...
I think you owe all of us that told you to do it some beers. Only seems fair to me.

Not so fast! Apparently my friend messaged me after I logged off of chat to go home from work. Here's what transpired before and after logoff:
Friend: How about if neither kessel or bozak gets any points in the next 6 games u owe me 300
Me: So you mean I owe you 300 if both Kessel and Bozak have 0 points over 6 games?
Me: If that's what you mean, then fine.
I logoff, and receive the following IM typed the previous day, but received by me the next day...
Friend: I mean if kessel or bozak gets zero points in the next 6 games u owe me 300
Friend: So if kessel gets 10 points and bozak gets zero u owe me 300
My response today, by email:
"Guy, that has got to be the most egregious bait-and-switch I've ever encountered or heard of. You asked for and got 15-1 odds tilted on the extreme unlikelihood of scoring leader Kessel not scoring in 6 games, but then add in a 3rd line center recovering from injury to the equation. So basically you were asking for 15-1 odds against 5-points-in-11-games Bozak not getting a point in 6 games, given that Kessel was virtually assured of it. Please tell me you were joking. It takes almost as big an idiot to accept that wager as it does to propose it."
So apparently I'm not 20 bucks richer...

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but your friend is a shark and a complete twat.

I'd praise a player too who did nothing against our team. No need to rip him and add
some motivation for him to actually perform against your team.

That's what I first thought, too, when this article caught my eye. It's n inverted praise, if one can call it that. Julien felt safe to say what he did and thereby making a kind of 'mockery' of Kessel as a Leaf -- the 'we blew them out of the game and their ace scorer still can't get any points on us'. Reverse psychology, as you explained, perhaps.
Imagine if the Leafs had emerged as the winners of the game. There would have been no "praise" from the opposition coach.

That article was dated Nov 4th.
Edit: I realize the Leafs got killed in Boston but still...this was written before
Saturdays game at home.
