It's a sellers market, but that probably hints at his future plans.

In addition, when the Pens/Sharks had their little viewing party for one of the finals games, he asked the Toronto reporters who visited how it compared to Maple Leafs square during the Boston series. He seems like a genuinely great dude who holds the Leafs very close to his heart still, they are and likely always will be his point of reference.

Lol odds are he signs elsewhere and it makes sense for him to sell in light of that.

But if he does get a fresh start in Toronto, he might as well do it with a new house too. I don't think he'd have too much trouble finding one.
