I've said it elsewhere start the rebuild. Team especially the core should have been shaken up and changed long ago. Mitch was let go for nothing and team looks horrible. If the next 2 firsts are protected try and land Mckenna and Dupont and you have a good start to a rebuild if we get lucky and land them. Team is not going anywhere. Longer management waits the worse it is. I'd be approaching everyone on taking a new approach. Might think I'm crazy but if we don't wouldn't be surprised if we lose Matthews for nothing.
