If I?ve learned anything from this board it?s that this game is a guarenteed win.  Sharks are on a 3 in 4 and a back to back.

And on our side a little mixing-it-up would help.  The short-pass control game is fine, but we are faster than most teams.  Spreading things out seems like it should lead to bigger gaps elsewhere.

The Sharks are so slow. We just need to be patient. The practice time has been good for us.

They started with energy and had some good looks on an early PP.  But Matthews is off a bit, missed a couple that he often puts home.
 
Marner has looked slow and has been forcing overcomplicated passes and shots from above the circles.

If it was Nylander playing like this Babcock would have him on the 4th line
