I swear, these TSN guys are trolling these boards for material.

I missed the pre-game, what they saying?

They were saying anyone that picked this team to play at a 93 point pace is delusional, and should be banned from all bars, rec rooms, and the internet. I thought it was a bit strong, but hey, they're the experts.

Pretty sure it was you that used the term "tire fire" the other day in talking about the defense lately, and they were using that exact term tonight describing the defense.

Ha ha. I think the terms "tire fire" , "garbage fire" and "dumpster fire" are all very trendy these days.

Marner with the falling down backhand chip pass to spring Bozak for a breakaway. Nuts.

The only way that would have looked cooler would have been if he were smoking a cigarette* while doing it.

*And if this was the 1950s.

Rare goal from the back end. We don't/can't shoot on net from there very often.

To help make your point, I think Polak is second to gardiner in goals.

And I think half of them are banked in off players well off line from the net.

I don't know if they'll show it, but Matthews stymied a really good rush scoring chance with a nice stick check from behind after the defense got caught 3-on-1.

Heh, I saw that, but he was also the one that coughed the puck up to generate the 3-1 against.

MAC ATTACK standing strong... yeah, Eaves felt the stick and he clamped down on it. Veteran move.

Chances of Ferraro mentioning how difficult it is for a PP to get going at the beginning of the period...

If they make it the 1 min into the period, 110%

That's Hyman's effort level all day, every day.

And for the GMs reading this: Polak's too.
