All of them are absolutely comparable because comparable doesn't mean exactly the same. Some aren't as good and are a little cheaper and some are better and cost more. The guys who are cheaper aren't as adaptable or haven't proven to have an offensive touch, the guys who are more expensive tend to be guys who've done things like score 30 goals in a season or rack up 65 points.
The point here isn't that you can land a player exactly like Leo Komarov as a UFA(ignoring that's how the Leafs landed Leo Komarov for a second), it's that you can pick up someone with a similar skill set relatively easily.
I don't worry too much about the Leafs having someone exactly like Leo Komarov though because by virtue of the fact that Komarov has never won a cup it's safe to say that every single team who's ever won a cup has done so without a player exactly like Leo Komarov.
