Loved the finale of the office.

Sure it slipped, but you kinda grow attached to the characters.

I teared up on more than one occasion.

This line from Andy was perfect, and hits hard:

"I wish there was a way to know you were in the good old days before you've actually left them."

Yeah, that was a great, I also teared up more than once.

I liked the final line from Pam.

"There's a lot of beauty in ordinary things."

The line from Michael Scott too, about his kids growing up and marrying each other had me laughing very hard.

I don't know.  I thought they were kind of average in terms of quality of episodes.  I'm only 4 episodes in and things started picking up a bit though so maybe it was just slow to get the ball rolling.    It's still pretty darn solid and the high level of detail is still there.

Honestly I've watched five episodes and the only weak-ish one was George Sr.'s episode, mainly because I never found him all that interesting. The rest were pretty damn funny!

Have you ever been on a plane you little s**t?

Also, METHODONE CLINIC!!!! I was dying!!!

The fourth episode was really good too. Conan is such a diiiiccckkk. Also, CARL WEATHERS!!

It just takes some getting used to because it's not 22-minute episodes like before, so it doesn't have the same pace to them.  But if you can get past that it's so rewarding.

Rest in peace, Jean Stapleton, who played the beloved Edith on the ever-popular '70's comedy "All in the Family".

Game of thrones.... What. The. Hell.

I guess maybe it's a good thing I haven't read the books because that was a shock.

Yeah. That was something. I haven't read the books, but I did feel like something was brewing. Didn't expect that, though.

No, that was definitely beyond the pale. After a season of what has felt just like a bunch of characters walking around it got crazy in a hurry.

What the hell indeed!

That's true. It's Game of Thrones. Every character's story arc eventually winds up with them dying.

I suppose. I think, though, that at this point the series is going to have diminishing returns from cynically pulling the rug out from under the good guys' legs.
