#19 is smart. Would take him all day everyday on the Leafs. Oilers are acting like tough guys and that's not their game at all.Oilers PP at peak Leafs efficiency
And #19 is a chickenshit. Kane would destroy him
Maybe this game but there's still the 3rd to go and they have McDrai...they can score in bunches.I can hear the fat lady loosening up her tonsils. This is an awful Edmonton game
Beat you up mentally, physically, and on the scoreboard.5-1 Florida
They have done this to every team this playoffs. Some tight games but they blow out their opponent at least once each series. Edmonton might win this series but man this Florida team is a truck
Probably a skate issue. If memory serves he doesn't use removable blade skates.Beat you up mentally, physically, and on the scoreboard.
Any further info about why McDavid left to the dressing room briefly? He looked okay.
The first period of every final game has had zero flow due to the parade to the box. I have no idea what "standard" the refs will have from one moment to the next. The lack of protection for goalies and the wildly inconsistent refereeing have me wondering what the hell the NHL is doing. It's completely unpredictable what the ref will do, and there is no accountability.Thought the standard of officiating was brutal tonight with that many calls. Let them play... except arbitrarily Game 3.
The NHL is literally the only professional sports league where rules and style of play are completely different from regular season to playoffs. It’s ridiculous. It's not "more tough guys". It's build a team that plays playoff hockey the way it's been played for the last 30 years.

I mean, sometimes, it feels like this is the case all year long. The NHL is literally the only professional sports league where rules and style of play are completely different from regular season to playoffs. It’s ridiculous.
Could you imagine in baseball if the umpires just decided to call a completely different game in the playoffs? All of a sudden foul balls are ok once in a while. The strike zone is just whatever they feel like.
The nhl is bullshit.
Well maybe. It does feel at times there’s a different set of rules for different teams. But it just doesn’t make sense that this league loves to make its best players irrelevant in the post season and then get excited for players like Claude Lemieux for 5 weeks.I mean, sometimes, it feels like this is the case all year long.
