This game is nuts. Refs call it right in first and calling Fla’s bullshit..then after that selective to say the least…and Corey Perry ties it up with 17 seconds left..drama!
 
I wish the league would at least pretend to protect the goalies. EDM even got a penalty for cross-checking the guy who just slashed the goalie. It's ridiculous. Cap circumventing dirty rats/scum bags.

They have done this to every team this playoffs. Some tight games but they blow out their opponent at least once each series. Edmonton might win this series but man this Florida team is a truck

The first period of every final game has had zero flow due to the parade to the box. I have no idea what "standard" the refs will have from one moment to the next. The lack of protection for goalies and the wildly inconsistent refereeing have me wondering what the hell the NHL is doing. It's completely unpredictable what the ref will do, and there is no accountability.

The NHL is literally the only professional sports league where rules and style of play are completely different from regular season to playoffs. It’s ridiculous.

Could you imagine in baseball if the umpires just decided to call a completely different game in the playoffs? All of a sudden foul balls are ok once in a while. The strike zone is just whatever they feel like.

The nhl is bullshit.

Well maybe. It does feel at times there’s a different set of rules for different teams. But it just doesn’t make sense that this league loves to make its best players irrelevant in the post season and then get excited for players like Claude Lemieux for 5 weeks.
