Am I a homer for thinking that was a great video?
It's a great video. AM34 carries himself well.

It is absolutely a great video. And it should have shown one more thing.

I THINK I thought the exact same thing.

The Fanatics roll out was expedited 3 months early to before the draft, rather than just before the season opener, so I'm a little bit sure something just got scuttled there in the story ending.

Are we talking about the wrong letter being on the front of the jersey....because I think that better happen this year.

Interesting post on Montour ? it seems like he is quite unpredictable and likely to be overpaid.  Possible bust-in-waiting.  Article makes me hope the leafs steer clear.

Forsling got 3rd place in the Conn Smythe votes and the others in Florida's top 4 seem to be better defensively. I'm not convinced Montour is the best bang for their buck nor as good a fit for what they need. One thing he experienced was a transition from a high scoring team that the Panthers were, like the Leafs are now, to the more defensive team that won a Cup.

Another opinion on UFA dmen from that site
https://www.pensionplanpuppets.com/finding-defence/

A lot of teams are rumoured to be lining up for these top 4 UFA dmen.
Most of their current teams seem to be actively trying to re-sign them.
Usually, some do which means all the other teams are competing for the fewer who are left.

Here's the 7 top 4 RH UFA dmen currently available
Alexandre Carrier - from PQ, not as renown as those below so should be cheaper.
Brandon Montour - not great defensively, from Ontario. will be pricey
Tyler Myers - rumoured to be close to re-signing in Vancouver, offseason home in Kelowna
Brett Pesce - looking for top buck, might want to stay in US
Matt Roy - might want his kids schooled in US - might be best & age talent fit
Chris Tanev - 34 from Ontario, great defensively for how long ..
Sean Walker (in terms of ice time, he might be a #5) - good PKer, 25pts/season from Ontario

Then there is Cole, age 35 or Zadorov who are LH dmen that have played the right side.

and Brady Skjei, Carolina UFA LH dman who I guess would push McCabe to the RHS

Seems pointless to look too closely at these guys until June 30th as some will re-sign.

This is probably going to take some time to get used to, but if you didn't hear Amazon Prime took over the broadcasting rights to Monday night national games from Sportsnet. That'll be 6 Leafs games this upcoming season:

Oct. 21st vs. Tampa
Oct. 28th vs. Winnipeg
Dec. 2nd vs. Chicago
Jan. 20th vs. Tampa
Mar. 3rd vs. San Jose
Mar. 17th vs. Calgary

Is there any package (or combo) we can get to watch every Leafs game if we want?

I really hate these streaming services like Apple's MLS coverage.  Your trying to grow a league and it not affordable for many potential fans.  Now Prime, (which I just dumped) is offering Leaf games, wow. I quit Prime when so many of the shows also came with an extra price tag. Frik em.

Ya I was using it as such, but if I order of Amazon there is usually free shipping at a certain dollar amount.  Just not a fan of their add on purchases.
