He might be unaware that it shows up for others. I have liked things before just so that I can easily get back to it if I want. But maybe we should make this a thing now too.

Fair enough. For whatever it's worth, it's the act of a group of drunk men trying to get into a car they knew a woman was in at 2am that bothers me the most in this situation. If it ends up that Matthews wasn't really involved in this part I'd be relieved.

Personally, I'd like to know slightly more about what happened before I start prescribing ways in which this can be used to heal society.
Zee said:I mean, given that she's a security guard that works at his condo, he's probably come across her in the past. In a drunken stupor he thought it would be funny to jiggle the handle of her car door. Bad judgement for sure, she reacted the way she did and we're here now. Again, we don't know all the facts so let's see what happens.

herman said:Legally, yes; do the due process.
herman said:Public perception has already decided though, so why not establish expectations and reaffirm team values accordingly? I don't really think 'Ah, he was proven completely innocent, thus we will wash our hands of this and be on our merry way' like many in the fanbase seem to want to do is the appropriate response either.

Didn't think of that, you might be right.
Well, team or league, the important thing is that management should have the power to suspend their employees for damaging their public image irrespective of legal proceedings, right comrade?
Nik the Trik said:I don't know what the legal penalty is for what Matthews did or what it maybe should be. Whatever it is, I'm fine if Matthews suffers the full consequences for it short of summary execution due to making her feel threatened.

Absolutely. Nobody was forced to make those Triangle Shirtwaists.

Way to trivialize a tragedy.

We have no idea what the relationship between all these people are.
